Energy Leadership™ Assessment

When you choose to explore your company’s current productivity compared to what you know it could to, I recommend a company-wide Energy Leadership Index Assessment, E.L.I.™.  Each employee will take the assessment and I will give you the results as your company average. We will look at strategies how you can make improvements, make an upward shift in how your employees see themselves and their role in the company. This will increase your employees’ energy, productivity, and your own leadership effectiveness. The realizations you gain from the assessment and debrief process will change your view and provide a growth spurt for everyone involved..

You will learn about the 7 levels of leadership and how much energy you currently have in the catabolic-suppressing range and in the anabolic-inspirational range.  You’ll be debriefed on the findings of the assessment, and coached on how to navigate yourself and your business to higher performance. 

If you proceed on to the Energy Leadership Development System, you’ll be coached on how to become your ideal image of who you need to be as a leader for your situation, division, team, and/or company.
